Maloney Training
Maloney Training is a personal training brand located in Indiana with a focus on hard work and self improvement. The client wanted her dog to be incorporated in the branding with a tough look and a softer version that looks more like him. She also wanted a western style font, we worked together to create a custom downloadable font that she could use on her own.
After the discovery call with my client, I began the creative process by creating a word map to consolidate all relevant ideas and concepts. This visual organization helped me capture the essence of our conversation and ensure I addressed the client's vision accurately. Following that, I sketched several logo ideas in various styles, ranging from cartoony to more realistic designs. This approach allowed me to explore different interpretations and narrow down the elements that resonated with the client, fostering a collaborative environment to effectively align our creative direction.
Ideation
We created two versions of her dog mascot, one nice and one tough. We decided to also create a custom typeface for her brand.
